He didn’t just die for the Corrie Ten Booms and the Adrian Rogers of the world. He died for the cold blooded murderer and the twisted pedophile.
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

When I pray for revival, it must start in my own heart.
I want to care about whether my neighbors and their children know Christ. And I want to plant seeds. Lots of seeds.

God didn’t leave us as a free little mouse, forgiven and released from our trap but still destitute in the cold.
